• Phone support is free to all current clients
• Remote support is charged at half onsite rates

If you require a high degree of certainty over your IT spending, then we also offer a retainer or fixed cost arrangements. To qualify for this our Backup Solution needs to be in place, as this will enable us to give you the lowest fixed costs possible.
